We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Product must be returned in their original box/packaging and not used.
Returns that are sent to us without the proper RA# Number or without their original box/package will be refused. Please contact Customer Service to receive Return Authorization prior to making your item to receive a refund.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases and we want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
At your request, we will: Replace or exchange the merchandise (you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways), or Credit the purchase price to your credit card account (or issue a refund check only if your payment was by a method other than credit card).
